Gerry DwarshuisGerry Dwarshuis is a Senior Results Consultant for Cohen Brown Management Group. Gerry works with the firm’s clients in the Asia-Pacific region to achieve and sustain peak sales and service performance. Leveraging his experience in a range of sales-and-service roles, he conducts sales performance diagnostics, designs and delivers customized training and consulting solutions, and provides ongoing sales support to ensure that his clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Cohen Brown, Gerry spent more than 20 years at Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he most recently held the position of Manager, Sales Strategy, Sales & Service Quality, in which he helped lead the implementation and ongoing embedding of the Cohen Brown Process at the Bank. This included planning and coordination of strategies for the development of sales and sales leadership skills throughout all distribution channels, including the branch network, Direct Banking, Business Banking, Financial Advisory Services, and the mobile sales force.

Earlier in his career, Gerry held various positions within Commonwealth Bank’s training department as well as traditional front-line roles within the Bank’s retail branch network.
